German Application (ZVT Poseidon protocol)

FEIG terminals of the TOPP or DK series come with a complete payment application for the German market. This includes support for all common card systems and machine connections as well as extensive support for the ZVT Poseidon protocol including the different "dialects" of the German network operators. FEIG offers ready-to-use DK-certified payment applications for common network operators; other network operators can be integrated / connected at any time.

Swiss Applications (EP2 protocol)

For the Swiss market, FEIG, in cooperation with WALLEE, also offers payment terminals with integrated support for the Swiss EP2 protocol and connection to acquiring. All common payment cards in Switzerland are supported, including the PostFinance card in particular.

Differences between the variants flex I / flex II / OEM / TOPP

  • flex I - Terminal with EMV Level 1 certification and SDK for closed loop application development (upgradable to flex II variant)
  • flex II - Terminal with certified Level 2 Kernels (credit/debit cards) and SDK für open loop payment application development
  • SEPA App - Ready-To-Use Terminal with Level 3 terminal application for the German (i.e. girocard) and European markets
  • Additional Level 3 terminal applications for global regions and gateway connections also available
